The pickup date for this auction is Saturday, June 15th, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

If contacted and agreed upon before bidding and winning an item, we may add a pickup date/time option for this auction or schedule an individual appointment for pickup.

We can provide shipping quotes on request.

Our consignment warehouse is at 1042 Wooster Rd, North Barberton, Ohio 44203 (across from the old Reiter Dairy). When you enter the address into your GPS, you must include the "North" to arrive at the correct location. You will also receive the address in an email with your invoice after the auction closes.

When you pick up at our consignment warehouse, we will have your lot(s) ready for pickup at our counter—you will not be required to search out your items and pack them up. You may want to bring some extra packing material to secure your items in your vehicle for the ride home.

We do not provide any assistance with moving or loading items, including furniture or large appliances, so please arrange for assistance when picking these items up during pickup hours.

Without exception, winners are responsible for removing ALL ITEMS from every lot from the warehouse or property on the designated pickup date (or alternate pickup date, if applicable).

Please only bid if you can make the listed pickup date/time slot or have made other arrangements with us for pickup. Failure to pick up/pay could result in being banned from future bidding.

Invoicing and payment:

Auction winners will receive the pickup address, an invoice via email and any special instructions for pickup. Please check your spam email folder if you did not receive an invoice. You may also view your invoice under the "My Bids" button on the site (once logged in). Note: An invoice is not a receipt of payment.

If you would like to pay for your lots before pick up, we can send you a PayPal, Square or Venmo for payment if you call/text/or email us (a 5% processing fee will apply.) Upon pickup, payment can be made by credit or debit card (a 5% processing fee applies) or using exact cash (we do not provide change for large bills). Personal or business checks are not accepted. Ohio sales tax of 7.0% (Portage County) will be applied to all transactions.

Non-payment could result in being banned from future bidding.

About Two Old Souls, Inc:

We're Ed and Kim, and our adventure as "two old souls" began almost 35 years ago. We were both born and raised in Northeast Ohio (Akron) and met one another in high school. When we married in 1992, we took our honeymoon to Niagara Falls and have been chasing waterfalls and treasure together ever since. We have been in the reselling industry since 2002 on different online platforms, so online auctions and helping people "rehome" their treasures seemed like the natural progression.

Our mission is to help families and businesses in Northeast Ohio downsize or liquidate their possessions through consignment auctions. Shipping Information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION: (subject to change at any time, without notice)

1. REGISTRATION: To bid on an auction, Bidders must provide a valid email and register online with the Alliance Auctions Online platform at https://allianceauctionsonline.com/. You will choose a username and designate a unique password (case-sensitive, no spaces allowed), and the platform admin will approve your registration within 24 hours. You should receive an email confirmation once it is approved.

As a Bidder, you agree to be personally responsible for all purchases using your Bidder number/username. After the auction has closed, Bidders are responsible for logging into their accounts to review bids and confirm they are the auction Winner.

2. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100.00, you will be charged $112.00 upon invoicing at the close of the auction.

3. PAYMENT: Most auction pickups occur at our Barberton, Ohio warehouse. If the address is at a client's property, auction Winners will receive the pickup address via email after the auction closes. All Winners will receive an invoice via email and any special instructions for pickup. Please check your spam email folder if you did not receive an invoice. You may also view your invoice under the "My Bids" button on the site (once logged in). Note: An invoice is not a receipt of payment.

Online payments are unavailable now unless you contact us and request a payment invoice. Upon pickup, payment must be made via a credit or debit card (a 5% processing fee applies) or using exact cash (we do not provide change for large bills). Ohio Sales Tax of 7% (Portage County) will be collected on every transaction/purchase. Non-payment could result in being banned from future bidding.

4. PICKUP/REMOVAL OF LOTS/ITEMS: This is an online-only auction. Only bid if you can make the listed one-time pickup day/time slot

Auction Winners will check in with the cashier to pay and receive a copy of their invoice. When picking up your lot (s), please provide the cashier with your platform username.

For security reasons, Winners may be required to produce a valid ID. Please have your ID with you at all times. All Winners and anyone accompanying them accept that pickups may be electronically recorded and monitored.

The Winner authorizes Alliance Auctions Online to release their assets to any individual possessing the buyer's sales receipt.

Without exception, Winners are responsible for removing ALL ITEMS from every lot(s) from the property on the designated pickup date. Any lots/items not picked up by the specified time and date will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the Winner's expense, liability, and risk. No refunds or chargebacks will be granted. Winners agree not to charge back for items not picked up during the designated removal day and time.

5. MAXIMUM BIDS: We usually use only one bidding field. It is convenient for Bidders to submit their "maximum bids" as they do not want to risk missing the opportunity to win by placing only real-time bids on items. The software automatically places your bid to the maximum if someone bids against you. If you find that you are immediately outbid when you place your bid, you are likely up against a maximum bid. The maximum bids are not disclosed. You should refresh the link relatively often to ensure you see current data.

6. BIDDING ERRORS: Some Bidders may intentionally increase their bids to make an item unaffordable for other Bidders. Therefore, we advise you to thoroughly review your bids before submitting them. Please be aware that we will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to lose out or if you have bid on the wrong item. Make sure to review all bids before submitting them. With no exceptions, we will not reverse bids after the auction has begun to close.

7. GROSS BIDDING ERRORS: If you mistakenly place your Bidder number in the bid field or make a gross error, you must immediately contact our admin via email at [email protected] or call/text Glenn Witchey at 330-329-7501. Communication of the error does not in itself resolve the error. Alliance Auctions Online will attempt to rectify the bidding error but does not guarantee resolution.

8. STAGGERED CLOSING: The online auction closes one to two items at one-minute intervals.

9. DYNAMIC CLOSING: The closing time of a lot is automatically extended an additional five minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last three minutes of the lot's closing time to allow Bidders to bid. This process will continue until bidding ceases.

10. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY, GUARANTEE expressed or implied. NO REFUNDS.

11. BUYER DEFAULT: If a Bidder(s) defaults at an auction, the auction company may, at its option, contact the backup bidder(s) for an offer but is not legally obligated to do so.
