TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION: (please note these are subject to change at any time without notice)

1. REGISTRATION: To bid on an auction, Bidders must provide a valid email and register online with the Alliance Auctions Online platform at https://allianceauctionsonline.com/. You will choose a username and designate a unique password (case-sensitive, no spaces allowed), and the platform admin will approve your registration within 24 hours. You should receive an email confirmation once it is approved.

As a Bidder, you agree to be personally responsible for all purchases using your Bidder number/username. After the auction has closed, Bidders are responsible for logging into their accounts to review bids and confirm they are the auction Winner.

2. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100.00, you will be charged $112.00 upon invoicing at the close of the auction.

3. PAYMENT: The auction Winners will receive the pickup address, an invoice via email and any special instructions for pickup. Please check your spam email folder if you did not receive an invoice. You may also view your invoice under the "My Bids" button on the site (once logged in). Note: An invoice is not a receipt of payment.

Online payments are unavailable now unless you contact us and request a payment invoice. Upon pickup, payment must be made via a credit or debit card (a 5% processing fee applies) or using exact cash (we do not provide change for large bills). Ohio Sales Tax of 7% (Portage County) will be collected on every transaction/purchase. Non-payment could result in being banned from future bidding.

4. PICKUP/REMOVAL OF LOTS/ITEMS: This is an online-only auction. Only bid if you can make the listed one-time pickup day/time slot

Auction Winners will check in with the cashier to pay and receive a copy of their invoice. When picking up your lot (s), please provide the cashier with your platform username.

For security reasons, buyers may be required to produce a valid ID. Please have your ID with you at all times. All Winners and anyone accompanying them accept that pickups may be electronically recorded and monitored.

The Winner authorizes Alliance Auctions Online to release their assets to any individual possessing the buyer's sales receipt.

Without exception, Winners are responsible for removing ALL ITEMS from every lot(s) from the property on the designated pickup date. Any lots/items not picked up by the specified time and date will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the Winner's expense, liability, and risk. No refunds or chargebacks will be granted. Winners agree not to charge back for items not picked up during the designated removal day and time.

5. MAXIMUM BIDS: We usually use only one bidding field. It is convenient for Bidders to submit their "maximum bids" as they do not want to risk missing the opportunity to win by placing only real-time bids on items. The software automatically places your bid to the maximum if someone bids against you. If you find that you are immediately outbid when you place your bid, you are likely up against a maximum bid. The maximum bids are not disclosed. You should refresh the link relatively often to ensure you see current data.

6. BIDDING ERRORS: Some Bidders may intentionally increase their bids to make an item unaffordable for other Bidders. Therefore, we advise you to thoroughly review your bids before submitting them. Please be aware that we will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to lose out or if you have bid on the wrong item. Make sure to review all bids before submitting them. With no exceptions, we will not reverse bids after the auction has begun to close.

7. GROSS BIDDING ERRORS: If you mistakenly place your Bidder number in the bid field or make a gross error, you must immediately contact our admin via email at [email protected] or call/text Glenn Witchey at 330-329-7501. Communication of the error does not in itself resolve the error. Alliance Auctions Online will attempt to rectify the bidding error but does not guarantee resolution.

8. STAGGERED CLOSING: The online auction closes one to two items at one-minute intervals. 

9. DYNAMIC CLOSING: The closing time of a lot is automatically extended an additional five minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last three minutes of the lot's closing time to allow Bidders to bid. This process will continue until bidding ceases.

10. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY, GUARANTEE expressed or implied. NO REFUNDS.

Please read the description and review the lot images carefully before bidding. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. The photos are part of the description; always refer to them (and your own eye) as the default description, as photos may show something that is not mentioned in the written description. We do our best to describe and photograph the lots/items to show any wear or defects; however, a perception of a "flaw" can vary from person to person.

When unsure of an item's condition or use, please bid accordingly. Alliance Auctions Online and Two Old Souls, Inc. are not responsible for using or misusing items, infestation and pathogens, environmental harm, or any injury or harm caused by items purchased.

11. BUYER DEFAULT: If a Bidder(s) defaults at an auction, the auction company may, at its option, contact the backup bidder(s) for an offer but is not legally obligated to do so.
